View My Testimonials | I have only recently re-entered Real Estate after years doing other things.
Way back in the mid 1980's I was Property Manager for Darwin's largest real estate firm, TC Waters, Pepper & Co.
My working experience includes 12 years with the ANZ Bank, managing a hotel with my brother, opening a resort in the Snowy Mountains at Jindabyne, owner/manager of a 52 unit complex at Trinity Beach (Cairns) and a former director of the Far North Queensland Promotion Bureau.
In more recent times I have been running a Charter Fishing Business based on my award winning web site www.fishingcairns.com.au - I arranged fishing charters for tourists and visiting anglers from around the globe. Fishing is still my passion (along with the footy - real footy, the AFL) - and I try to have a fishing fix as often as I can.
I am really enjoying the challenge of being Business Manager of the Rentals Division at Ray White On Mulgrave.
My role to date has included the instigation of state-of-the-art management systems, staff training, team building and the integration of Ray White On Mulgrave with a previous Independent management company (North Queensland Property Management). |
