As a first home buyer entering the market, it was an extremely daunting task for me. From the moment I walked into my soon to be new home, Charlie greeted me as a person not just another number through the front door. Within the space of a few short moments it was as if we were friends chatting about the house, not agent/client. I found Charlie’s customer service outstanding and second to none.
I was always kept updated on a regular basis with the goings on with the property.
Although it was still a very new and scary time for me, Charlie made the whole experience a little more fun and less stressful.

Hi Charlie,
Thank you for all your hard work. The gift was a lovely surprise and unnecessary although it has been ages since I have been to the movies.
I don't know if Debbie let you know but I introduced myself to her after the auction at Pyramid close (sorry didn't buy) and told her what a great job you did.
I really appreciated being kept informed of when things were happening after the contract e.g. when pest and building inspection booked and that you were there
at the house when such things occurred.
I will probably be looking to sell where I am in the next couple of years so there will definitely be repeat business.
Now off to NZ. Hopefully I won't break a leg on the slopes.

I have known Charlie Hislop for approx a year.
She has been a big help in helping me sell and buy units in the Cairns area, through Ray White Real Estate on Mulgrave Road.
At times it has been stressful dealing with Banks, Lawyers, never ending book work, and indeed buyers and sellers, but at no time have I had any issues with Charlie through her work as an Agent for Ray White.
